It comes with all the bells and whistles you're likely to ever want. It does not have terrific wideband receive on the UHF side, but it performs well from 430-455 or so. I particularly like the battery life on that model. I would only consider the W21AT which is much easier to work with than the w21A. Keypad entry is highly desirable.
